Logbook PH was built by restaurant operators, to make running a restaurant easier.

We're a team of operators. We currently run four restaurant concepts across the Philippines, and every feature in Logbook exists because we needed it first.

The daily closing form. The cash variance check. The manager verification queue. None of it came from a product roadmap. It came from a real shift close. A missing ₱1,350. A Messenger thread no one could find at 11pm. A notebook the closing manager forgot at home.

Now we're making it available to every operator in the Philippines still running their business on a paper logbook, a stack of spreadsheets, and a Messenger group chat.

Logbook PH is a daily operations platform for restaurant operators. It replaces the paper logbook, the closing spreadsheet, and the manager follow-up message with one system: daily closing forms, cash reconciliation, manager verification, multi-store dashboards, and automated reports.

No. Logbook PH works alongside your existing POS. Your POS handles transactions at the counter. Logbook handles everything that happens after: the closing count, the cash reconciliation, the manager sign-off, and the next-day review. Think of it as the operational layer your POS doesn't cover.

Billing is per store, per month. You only pay for the stores you activate. The Essential plan is ₱1,190/store/month, or ₱990/store/month on annual billing. Stores added mid-cycle are prorated. There are no setup fees and no contracts.

We accept GCash, Maya, and major credit and debit cards through PayMongo. All payments are processed securely and you'll receive an official receipt for every transaction.

Minimal training required. Cashiers and managers use a guided form, so they don't need to understand the full system to do their job. Most operators have their team running closings on Logbook within the first shift.

After your 14-day free trial, you can choose a plan to continue. If you decide not to subscribe, your account is paused and your data stays in your account if you decide to come back later.

Yes. Logbook PH is built for multi-location operators. You manage all your stores from one organization account. Each store has its own closing form, dashboard, and report, and you see everything in one view.

Yes. Your data is hosted on encrypted infrastructure and backed up daily. Each store's data is isolated by organization: cashiers only see their own store, managers see the stores they're assigned to, and you see everything across your business.

Support is handled directly by the team that built Logbook. Reach us through in-app chat or email, and most questions get a response within the same business day.

No lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year, and you can cancel anytime before renewal.
